SHIPPINGS
The prices reflected on www.vinilicca.com include shipments to Spain except for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.
If shipment to another country is desired we will send a quote for the price of shipping once the type, size and quantity of the product and address is confirmed.
The completion of the order is not considered complete until the user has made the payment. Orders are delivered in maximum 72 working hours. Weekdays are considered every day from Monday to Friday except local holidays.
Although the objective is to respect the deadlines, delivery dates are not 100% guaranteed as our shipments depend on third parties. In no case will www.vinilicca.com be responsible for possible damages caused in transit or delay in delivery.
Orders will be delivered at the address you indicate at the time of request. www.vinilicca.com assumes no responsibility when delivery cannot be made as a result of inaccurate or incomplete data having been provided at the time of the order.
RETURNS
Consumers may exercise the right of returns only in relation to products where no personalization has been carried out (for example, in the case that the user chooses a graphic or a drawing offered by www.vinilicca.com or, in general, in all cases in which the user does not load their own file to print or does not select specific characteristics such as a certain type of design or size).
In the case of non-fulfillment by Vinilicca of the delivery period stipulated in standard form, we will proceed to inform about product alternatives, offer a new delivery period or the possibility of a full refund of the purchase.
To exercise your right of return, you must send an email to hello@vinilicca.com within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
You have 14 days to return your purchase from www.vinilicca.com. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
www.vinilicca.com will send a confirmation email to the customer indicating the procedure and method of return of the item. Once the item is returned, www.vinilicca.com will reimburse the user.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it must include all items that were in the original package. Please include a copy of your order in the packaging.
